One of the major power plants is shutdown because of shortage of coal

According to Ukrainian Ministry of Energy and Coal, blocking of  сoal supply from Donbass region by separatists is the main reason of shutdown of Trypilska thermal power plant near Kyiv. Another major  power plant near Kharkiv has fuel left only for few days of operation. Read more >>>
