Gas Expert of Energy Community Karolina CEGIR discusses situation with implementation in Ukraine of the European Union's Third Energy Package which is a legislative package for an internal gas and electricity market in the European Union. The Third Energy Package and draft new Law of Ukraine on natural gas market require reform and liberalization of existing market.
