The issue of Ukraine's energy efficiency has been raised during the meeting between Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk and German Chancellor Angela Merkel in Berlin. German side can provide additional funds in the form of investment to support energy efficiency measures. It is not just a question of funds and providing material resources. It is a matter of engineering approaches to the implementation of these works.
