Memorandum of understanding was signed between Swiss officials, Zhytomyr City Council, and municipal enterprise Zhytomyrteplokomunenergo. Stable energy use and urban development, as well as local self-governance, construction, health care, and humanitarian aid are among other priorities of bilateral cooperation.
