This estimate was made by Chairman of the State Agency for Donbass Reconstruction Vadym Chernysh in his interview with TV Channel 5.
He also added that the state has not made a full payment of destroyed buildings during the hostilities in Donbass. But it was made by the international partners. The approximate sum amounts to USD 1.2 billion for infrastructure and another USD 300 million for the restoration of peace.
