As a result of the recent meeting, the Ministry of Energy and Coal Industry expects group of energy experts from the U.S., Canada and the EU to visit Ukraine in July to help with development of country's energy emergency response plan.
Plan will consist of two components - the winter action plan, which would outline the necessary steps and volumes of gas, coal and other energy resources for the heating season, and the sustainability plan, that will contain system of emergency response in the energy sector for three to five years time frame. Similar plans exist in all developed countries
